
Return Policy
At Pey Yuan California, Inc. we take great pride in our designs and craftsmanship. We strive to meet and exceed your expectation with every purchase. However, if you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are please to offer a thirty (30) day return policy on our jewelry.
To return or exchange an item, please do the following;
- Email Pey Yuan California, Inc. customer service at customerservice@py-ca.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).
- You will be notified by email of your RMA number within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and on the next business day if received on the weekend.
- Secure your item with all its original packaging materials including any identification tag in a plain box.
- Use Priority Registered Mail and for your own protection please insure your package.
- On the outside of the shipping box, please print clearly your Name, Address and the assigned RMA number.
- Send package to the indicated address on our email response.
The following conditions must be met in order to receive a refund or exchange.
- Return must include our RMA number to be accepted for refund.
- Item must be received at Pey Yuan California, Inc. within 30 day from the date of delivery. Any item received after this period will not be accepted for refund.
- The item must be in the same condition it was sent, new unworn and undamaged with all its original packaging materials. No refund will be issued for item that has been damaged due to customer negligence.
- Return shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Pey Yuan California, Inc. will only refund shipping and handling charges if the return is due to Pey Yuan California, Inc. errors.
- When an order is processed and shipped to a customer and the package is returned marked "return to sender" or because of address error on the part of the customer, we will charge the customer for the return shipping charges. If the customer still requests the item to be shipped back to a correct address the recipient will be charged such additional shipping fees.
- When an order is processed and shipped to a customer and the package is returned marked “refused” or “no signature” was obtained by the courier after several delivery attempts and was held at the courier for a specified time for the customer to pick up. Then the courier returned the package to Pey Yuan California, Inc. recipient will be charged for the return shipping.
- Custom designed or special order pieces will match the design you approved including dimensions, type of stone(s) and pearl(s), and metals (gold or silver), are subject to slight variations due to the nature of hand craft jewelry that may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece and/or minor difference in the stone colors and shape. Any standard item that is customized and provided as ordered is not returnable for refund.
- Gift certificates are final sale and can not be returned.
- Refund will be processed within ten (10) business day upon receipt of the item and only after verification of the item's condition.
